Wow, Rick Santorum, you sir, are out of touch. Come down off the mountain and be with the people for a while. Oh, and while you’re at it bring the President and the rest of Congress.

I have no love of Santorum, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day. The emptying of the mental hospitals in the 70’s put a lot of people on the street who actually do fit that description. Probably not what he had in mind, but true nevertheless
